I built Big Sky Job Board because I live here, work here, and after years of recruiting — building teams at fast-growth startups and serving as a principal recruiter — I recognized a problem in my own backyard that nobody had properly solved. Large impersonal, national job boards deliver volume without context and local social media groups are helpful but a post buried under community announcements and gone within hours isn't a real solution.
